Together, we clarify your needs and desired outcomes, and identify how to best work together.
- Discovery and Feedback
We collaboratively determine the context and causes of the presenting priority, collect data, and decide what actions should be taken to address them.
- Design and Development
By now, we have a clear impression of what the issues are and the actions needed to address them. During this phase, we design and develop a Step-by-Step Change Management Plan.
- Execution
We guide you as you execute the Change Management Plan, helping sustain motivation and momentum. We provide tools to track the status of the implementation.
- Adoption and Evaluation
By this phase, you will have successfully addressed the presenting priority and any other issues discovered along the way. We conduct an evaluation to verify these accomplishments.
- Maintain
We ensure you build change into the way you do business, to keep things on track long after the change is in place.
- Project Termination
Together, we reflect on what we have achieved. We develop a project termination plan and discuss any future engagements.
